The easiest way to play Rock Band 3 is by running the disc like you normally would through the Disc Channel. You now have two options for playing Rock Band 3: you can launch the game by selecting the disc icon and pressing A, or you can install the game. If not done already, insert the Rock Band 3 disc into the Wii or Wii U. ? Inserting the Disc/Installing a Disc File However, note that if you load RB3 from the SD card instead of your disk, you will not be able to enable SD card mode / load your BINs in-game. Note: WiiFlow is nice in that it is also an SD loader (i.e., you can load games directly from the SD card), so a USB device is not needed. ? If using an editor that shows the ASCII or similar text output, make sure you are editing in hexadecimal and not in plain text. Your console ID goes in id and the PRNG seed goes in pack-key. Move the RB3 DLC BINs to the root of Parannoyed's DLC Recrypter folder.If you have RB3 DLC on your SD card that you downloaded from the Music Store and it works on your console, do not attempt to use this on that DLC as it could break the functionality of the DLC you have legitimately. You can not use this on APPs, as it is not made for that nor required for the emuNAND method. One that I recommend is HxD, which is free, open source, and fairly easy to use, but you can use most any other type of hex editor you happen to have on your computer. You will need a hexadecimal editor to add your keys to this program. If you used xyzzy, you should already have this key. Loading DLC made for Rock Band 3 via the APP method should work fine for emuNAND/Dolphin users, but before you load them as BINs on the Wii or vWii, you need to inject your PRNG seed into them. It's possible that in order to get it to work, you may need the ticket from sZFE, but this has not been confirmed. Rock Band 2 DLC should be able to be used as is, converted to either APPs or BINs.
